His expertise spans Airports, Hospitals, Islands, Hotels, Churches, and involvement in new construction projects with associated capital expenditure programs in Australia, the Asia-Pacific region, and the Middle East.
With a strong background in Facilities Management and Project Management, Mr. Aung excels in developing and implementing real-time strategies for the "Infrastructure Strategic Asset Management Framework" (SAMF). This comprehensive framework includes CAPEX considerations and incorporates a detailed 15-year analysis of asset life cycle costing. Moreover, Mr. Aung ensures adherence to relevant regulatory standards such as the Building Code of Australia (BCA), the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), and NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System).
